Lois E. Burgoon, age 92, of Logan, Ohio, passed away April 29, 2024, at Embassy of Logan, Logan, Ohio.
Lois was born August 8, 1931, in Gibisonville, Ohio to Vaughn Hudson and Ruby Whitcraft Hudson. She retired from Goodyear in Logan and loved her grandkids and her dog, Ruby.
Surviving are her daughters, Elaine (Greg) Huffman of Logan and Cheryl (Shari Smathers) Burgoon of Logan; son, Gary (Richard Hosen) Burgoon; grandchildren, Jason (Laurie) Warthman of Columbus, Stephanie (Eric) Sullivan of Logan, and Sarah (Rob) Horn of Logan; great-grandchildren, Tanner Warthman of Logan, Rylee Sullivan of Logan, Avery Horn of Logan, Addison Horn of Logan and Alexandra Horn of Logan; and great-great- granddaughter, Astra Warthman of Logan.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Gertrude & John Whitcraft.
Funeral services were held at 12 noon, Wednesday May 1, 2024, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Rev. John Williams officiating. Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Gibisonville, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed 11 am – 12 noon on Wednesday at the funeral home.
