Rosa Mae Amodio, 83, of Nelsonville, Ohio passed away January 6, 2017 at Crestview Nursing Home, Lancaster, Ohio. Mae was born April 22, 1933 in Wyoming County, West Virginia to Troy and Sibyl Toler. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church in Nelsonville; and retired from Brooks Shoe Factory. Surviving are her children, Troy Amodio of Nelsonville, Danny (Trena) Amodio of Logan, and Betty Amodio of Amesville; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Mae was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Mack Amodio Sr., who passed away December 16, 2010; son, Mack Amodio Jr; daughters, Virginia Lois & Mary Ellen; twin sister, Faye Prettrey and sisters, Eva Salyards and Barbara McCade; and brother, Ralph Toler. Funeral services were held 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home Nelsonville, Ohio with Pastor Lewis Dunnells officiating. Burial was in Whitmore Cemetery, Buchtel, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Monday, January 9, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
