Martha Louise Rooker, age 72, of Logan, Ohio, passed away February 2, 2022, at her daughter’s residence, Logan, Ohio.
Martha was born February 22, 1949, in Logan, Ohio to Jesse A. Stevens and Eva Mae Ringhiser Stevens. She was a loving wife, mother and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband of 52 years, John H. Rooker Sr.; children, Martha (Luke) Donahue, John H. (Theresa) Rooker Jr., and Lisa Rooker; grandchildren, Tiffany (Jeffrey) Fry, Jenny Donahue, Nicholas Donahue, Andrew Rooker (Kylie Ham), Shelby Rooker Mikala (James) Chappelear, and Skylar (Joseph) Billingsley; 9 great-grandchildren; siblings, Patty (Daniel) Kline, Grace (George) Payne, Rose (Dale) Thurston, Linda Hartshorn, Gary (Deb) Stevens, Jesse Stevens, Mary Keeney, and Sarah Triplett; and several nieces and nephews.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Everett Stevens; and sister Donna Bieber.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Revs. Diora Edgell and John Williams officiating. Entombment was in the Fairview Mausoleum.
Calling hours were observed 2-4 & 6-8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
