Martina
Lambert, 81, of Buchtel, Ohio passed away July 3, 2017 at her
residence.
Martina was born November 15, 1935 in Orbiston, Ohio to
Dave and Alice Sorrell.
Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Arthur Lambert; children, Teena
(Ron Beaver) Ashcraft, Mike (Paula) Lambert, Kevin Lambert, Arthur
(Kathy) Lambert, Sarah (Rick) Warne and Peggy (Bob) Bauer;
grandchildren, Susan, Shawn, Chester, Kenneth, Michael, Mandy, Jessica,
Joshua, Saralee, Martina, James (J.K.), Georgetta, Sheena, Shala, and
Billie Jo; 26 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jean Clark, Keith Sorrell,
Jerry (Lisa) Sorrell, Nancy (Carl) Newman, Mary (Darrell) Price, Ruth
(Bill) Shreves, and Carolyn (Steve) Ording; and brother-in-law, Tom
Newman.
Martina was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services were held 11:00 am Thursday, July 6,
2017 at the St. Mary of the Hills Catholic Church in Buchtel, Ohio with
Father Christopher Foxhoven officiating. Burial was in Greenlawn
Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed Wednesday, July 5, 2017
from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home in Nelsonville,
Ohio. Christian Wake service was held at 7:45 pm Wednesday at the
funeral home.
