Mary E. Mount, 69, of Nelsonville, Ohio passed away May 31, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Mary was born October 25, 1946 in Murray City, Ohio to Earl and Lucille Irvin. She graduated from Buchtel-York High School in 1964; and worked at Stoltz Drug Store in Nelsonville. Surviving are her son, Jeff (Jessica) Mount of Nelsonville; daughter, Kristi Mount of Florida; grandchildren, Preston, Gracie, Katie, Ronnie, Trenton, Brittany, and Marrissa; a good friend Diane Campbell of the Laurels; brothers and sisters, Tom Irvin of North Dakota, Susan Irvin of Canton, Jim (Diane) McDonald of Buchtel, Verna Hayden and John Pound of Wisconsin, Pam (Butch) Levering of Nelsonville, and Joe McDonald of Parkersburg, West Virginia. There were no services. Arrangements were by Warren-Brown Funeral Home in Nelsonville. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
