Michael R. Wemer, age 66, of Millersport, Ohio, passed away March 15, 2023, at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.
Mike was born November 21, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio to Floyd R. and Carolyn Ann Wemer. He attended Pickering High School; worked at Lancaster Glass and Anchor Hocking; and was a self-employed handyman.
Surviving are his mother, Carolyn Wemer; daughters, Becky (Randy) Brown of Rockbridge, Michelle Wemer of Ray, and Loretta Wemer; grandchildren, Kelsey, Alan, Trevor, Trinity, Brooklynn, JR, Anthony, Ondrea, JJ, Tessa Mae, and Yolonda; brothers, Jim (Clara) Wemer, and David (Connie) Wemer; sister, Teresa (Bill) Ritzo; and many nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Millie.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Floyd R. Wemer; son, Jeff; and great-granddaughter, Neveah; brother, Floyd “Hoss” Wemer; and sister, Beverly Meade.
Calling hours were observed from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. with funeral services at 7 P.M., with Rev. John Williams officiating, on Monday, March 20, 2023, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
