Mona Joan Robson

Sunday, October 13, 2024, Mona Joan Robson passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by the love of her family. A resident of Columbus, Mona shared 59 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, William. She dedicated 29 years of her life to serving the Columbus Public School system as a school bus driver, where she touched the lives of many students and colleagues.

Mona is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Esther Warren; parents-in-law, William and Betty Robson; sisters, Sharon Mounts and Kathy Mesaros; sister-in-law, Carolyn Rife; brother, Richard Warren; and grandson, Cory Robson.

She leaves behind her sister, Joyce Cozad; brother, James Warren; along with her beloved husband, William and their two children, William (Amy) Robson and Diana (Cameron) Smith; as well as five cherished grandchildren, Misty (Kevin Metzger) Robson, Cassie (Tyler) Holland, Courtney (Kalen) Stover, Ryan Laney, and Colton (Elizabeth) Laney; and many great-grandchildren.

Mona’s family is deeply grateful for the time they had with her and will miss her dearly. Her loving spirit and dedication to family will always be remembered.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 PM Thursday October 17, 2024, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio.

Calling Hours were observed 12:00 N – 1:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice in Memory of Mona.
