Mona M. Hart Wolfe, 94, of Lucasville, Ohio, formerly of Logan, passed away June 6, 2023, at the Hospice Center of Southern Ohio Medical Center, in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Mona was born July 17, 1928, in Logan, Ohio, to Elza and Nettie Pittman Hart.
Surviving is a nephew she raised, Nevada (Mandy) Hart of Chillicothe; nieces, Betty Ellinger of Logan, Carolyn Williams of Washington Court House, and Carla (Jim) Savely of Manchester; grand nieces and nephews; and great-grand nieces and nephews.
Mona was preceded by her parents; son, Larry Wolfe; husband, Denver Wolfe; companion, Bob Wildermuth; brother, Carl Hart; sister, Ruth Hart; nephews, Rick Hart and Terry Speelman; and niece, Candy Miller.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, in Logan, Ohio, with the Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating.
Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Logan, Ohio, following the service.
Calling hours were observed Tuesday, June 13, 2023, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family would like to give thanks to the staff at Edgewood Manor of Lucasville for their kindness and care of Mona. They would also like to thank the Hospice Center of SOMC for making her final days comfortable.
