Nancy S. Walter, age 81, of Logan, Ohio, passed away March 11, 2021 at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.
Nancy was born February 23, 1940 in Orrville, Ohio to William E. and Lola Walters. She loved her pet, cooking, and spending time with her Church Family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. While in her free time, Nancy enjoyed listening to Christian music, reading the bible, and watching Christian TV, QVC, and Wheel of Fortune.
Surviving are her 2 daughters, Jody (Charles) Hopkins of Logan and Kimberly (Gayla Keaton) of Circleville; 3 grandchildren, Adam (Trisha Carr) Ruff of Nelsonville, Abby Householder of Logan, and Jennifer Daubenmire of Rockbridge; and 3 great grandchildren, Madelyn, Malcolm, and Mia Penwell.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Nelson L. Walter; parents; daughter, Andrea Ruff; grandson, Derrick Householder Jr.; and beloved pet, Corby.
Funeral services were held at 4:00 P.M., Tuesday March 16, 2021 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Michael Hurst officiating. Burial was in Knolwood Cemetery in Logan, Ohio at a future date.
Calling hours were observed 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday March 16, 2021 at the funeral home.
