Neosha Marie Andrews, 31, of Glouster, Ohio passed away May 14, 2015 at her residence. Neosha was born August 14, 1983 in Athens, Ohio. She loved her kids and was a dedicated mother; and loved to fish and enjoyed playing softball. Surviving are her step-son, Ronald Franklin Maffin Jr.; children, Britney Stiers, Austin Michael Maffin, Mark Anthony Maffin, and Jessica Lynn Marie Maffin; special son, Carson X. Maffin; mother, Sandra Stalling; dad, Delbert Skinner Jr.; siblings, Toby Skinner, Jason Skinner, Patricia Harris, Amanda Andrews, Anthony Wayne Skinner, and Lindsey Brooke Andrews; fiancé, Ron Maffin; step-mother, Linda Skinner; step-father, David Stalling; several nieces and nephews; several aunts and uncles; and special friend, Vicki Barnett. Neosha was preceded in death by her daughter, Amber Nichole Maffin; grandparents, Lawrence and Dorothy Andrews and Delbert and Naomi Ruth Skinner Sr.; and special grandpa Ernest Looney. Funeral services were held 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the Brown Funeral Home Murray City, Ohio. Burial was in Hilltop Cemetery, Millfield, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Monday, May 18, 2015 from 3-8 pm and Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from 11 am to time of service. The family requests donations be made to Brown Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
