Pammy Ann Mourne, age 83, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away January 1, 2025, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.

Pammy was born January 17, 1941, in Nelsonville, Ohio to Harry and Martha Breeze.

Surviving are sons, Tony James of Nelsonville and Carl (Terry) James of Thornville; grandchildren, Charles James, Michael James, Ryan James and Crista James; and sister, sister, Margie McLaughlin.

Pammy was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles Mourne.

There are no services.

Arrangements are by the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio.
