Phyllis L. Spencer, age 58, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away October 11, 2023, at her residence.
Phyllis was born June 9, 1965 to Dwight E. Spencer and Nancy Stephenson. She loved coloring books, helping people, her dogs, and her grandkids.
Surviving are daughter, Jessica (Steve) Saunders of Murray City; brothers, Dwight Spencer of Wellston, Scotty Spencer of Nelsonville, and John Spencer of New Marshfield; sister, Robin (Tod) Danner of Athens; longtime boyfriend of 23 years, Ronald Saxman of Nelsonville; grandchildren, Tessa Walker (Christopher Willison), Madison Bullock, Gracie Saunders, Joseph Bullock, and Jadelyn Saunders; great-grandchildren, Henslee Willison and Riella Willison; and special niece, Danielle Graves of New Marshfield.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Estella Walker; and son, Bryan Adam Hurst.
Calling hours were observed 6-8 pm Sunday, October 15, 2023, at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home in Nelsonville, Ohio.
