Richard Lee Wolfe, age 74, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away September 10, 2024, at the Pickering House, Lancaster, Ohio.
Richard was born January 4, 1950, in Sugar Grove, Ohio to James Wolfe and Opal Wolfe. He was a US Army Veteran, attended the New Life Church and the Tree Church.
Surviving are his wife of 18 years, Helen Wolfe; son, Richard Wolfe, Jr. of Lancaster; special friend, Bonnie Price; stepchildren, Anthony (Beth) McDonald, Elizabeth Midiri Fisher, Rev. Jason Alan Fisher, Luther Nathaniel Fisher, and Jerry “B.B.” (Jessica) Fisher; grandchildren, Brittany Bowden, Bryce Wolfe, Brooke Wolfe, and Clive Wayne Fisher; step grandsons, Luther Emanuel Fisher and Dorian Fisher; great-grandchildren, Medi Wolfe, Ryan Poe, Dillion Poe, Matt Poe, Brandon Poe, and Mia & Eli; brothers, Timothy (Lisa) Wolfe of Lancaster and Steven (Carla) Wolfe of Lancaster; and sisters, Alma Jean Brown of Lancaster and Florence “Dodi” (Ted) Martin of Nelsonville.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; nieces, Regina and Janie Conrad; nephew, Jack Conrad; brother, James Wolfe; and sisters, Barb Hoag and Patty Chilcote.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 P.M., Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Dan Crawford officiating. Burial was in Morgan Chapel Cemetery, Rockbridge, Ohio, where Military Graveside services were conducted by the Hocking County Honor Guard.
