Roy Chester Starr, age 75, of Logan, Ohio, passed away January 12, 2021 at his residence.
Roy was born July 5, 1945 in Athens, Ohio to Theodore and Pauline Starr. He was a US Army, Vietnam Veteran; member of the Chapter X Goldwing Club; and worked at Taylor Chevrolet and Hugh White.
Surviving are his wife, Pauline Starr; children, Michele Tucker and Jason Starr; grandchildren, Cannan Tucker, Kyla Tucker, Ace Starr, Colt Starr, Skylar Starr, Christian and Alexa; brothers, Eugene Starr, Gary Starr, Jimmy Starr, and Dwayne Starr; sisters, Wanda Collins, Louise Mount and Louella Collins; and Brian Tucker and Rebecca Ruggles; and many special friends.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Eileen Hedges, Lawrence Starr, Roger Starr and Paul Starr.
Funeral services were held at 7:00 P.M., Monday, January 18, 2021 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating.
Calling hours were observed from 5 to 7 P.M. on Monday prior to the service.
