Sara M. Braden, age 36, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away May 19, 2024, in Athens, Ohio.
Sara was born March 6, 1988, in Columbus, Ohio. She was a graduate of Lancaster High School; was an artist and liked to draw; enjoyed listening to music; and loved spending time with family.
Surviving are her daughter, Malayla Braden of Lancaster; mother, Janice Hardwick (Danny Harmon) of Lancaster; sister, Katherine Canchola (Danny Sjoman) of Lancaster; aunt, Brenda Cooper of Logan; girlfriend, Laura McKenna of Athens; and cousins and nieces.
Sara was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alvie McCoy & Jean McCoy.
There were no services.
The family suggests donations to the funeral home to help with Sara’s funeral expenses.
