Scott A. Carr, age 48, of The Plains, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly in Nelsonville, Ohio.
Scott was born February 26, 1973, in Athens, Ohio to Gary Sr. and Myrna Carr. Scott was very loving and caring person who loved motorcycle riding. He loved his mom, dad, family, and especially his kids. He tried his best to be a good father and spend as much time with them as he could.
Surviving are his mother, Myrna Carr; children, Brittney Carr, Joey Thomson, and Chaise Carr; grandchildren, Aubree and Waylon; siblings, Debbie (Gary) Warren, Gary Lee Carr Jr, Tammy Lee, Debbie Carr, Tom (Laura) Carr, Bill (Tracie) Newlun, and Chris (Melissa) Carr; many nieces and nephews; good friend, Mary Chorniack; and beloved dog, Repo.
Scott was preceded in death by his father, Gary Lee Carr Sr.; and brother-in-law, Mike Lee.
The family has chosen to cremate Scott at this time through the Warren-Brown Funeral Home of Nelsonville, Ohio. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM, November 13, 2021 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Nelsonville to celebrate Scott’s life. He will be buried next to his father, Gary Lee Carr Sr.
