Sherry Lee, age 63, of Chauncey, Ohio, passed away January 2, 2025, at Hickory Creek of Athens, The Plains, Ohio.

Sherry was born February 22, 1961, in Athens, Ohio to William Benjamin “Bennie” Mullins and Ethel “Susie” Mullins. She loved talking to people and never met a stranger; loved people; very down to earth; and a home body.

Surviving are her loving husband of 18 years, Robert “Buck Wheat” Lee; son, Michael Hart; many grandchildren; brother, Larry (Sharla) Hawk; and a cousin, who was her caretaker, Brent Smith.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Terry Hawk.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 PM, Monday, January 6, 2025, at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Ohio with Pastor Gary Alton officiating. Burial was in Hill Top Cemetery, Millfield, Ohio.

Calling hours were observed 11 am to 1 pm on Monday, January 6, 2025.
