Shirley I. Ratliff, age 83, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away September 10, 2023, at her residence.
Shirley was born February 17, 1940, in Shawnee, Ohio to Fred Sr. and Mary Kreitz. She was a Certified Cook for the Fairfield School for Boys and also cooked at Zane Restaurant, Woolworth and Kmart.
Surviving are her sons, Wendell Snyder and Stephen (Amy) Snyder; daughter, Gloria (Rick) Iser; brother. Rev. Jack Kreitz; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Anna Saytovitch.
Shirley was preceded in death by parents; first husband, Glenroy Snyder; second husband, Earl Ratliff; brother, Fred Kreitz Jr.; and sisters, Effie Lanning and Wilma Nabargal.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Brown Funeral Home, Murray City, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial was in Salem Cemetery, Murray City, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed on Saturday from 10 A.M. till time of service.
