Stephen M. Snider

Stephen M. Snider, age 75, of Logan, Ohio, passed away May 31, 2023, at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.

Stephen was born November 26, 1947, in Logan. He proudly served in the US Army in Vietnam from 1968-1969; retired from G. E. in Logan; member of the Rockbridge United Methodist Church; and loved fishing, hunting, golf, and hanging out with his friends.                         

Surviving are his sons, Stephen R. (Peggy) Snider of Rockbridge, and Michael C. (Kimberly) Snider of Obetz; grandchildren, Celesta, Samantha, Courtney, Jenna, and Michael; great-grandchildren, Holden, Riley, Cora, Henry, Tre, Luna, and Theodore; and brother, Roger Snider.

Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Charles Snider; mother, Betty Wandling Bishop; wife of 50 years, Lucinda “Cindy” Ann Snider; and brother-in-law, Jack Schrader.

Graveside services were held at 11 A.M., Saturday, June 3, 2023, at the Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio with Rev. John Williams officiating. Military Graveside services were conducted by The Hocking County Honor Guard.

Arrangements are by Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan.
