Tammy Lynn Poling , 61, of Logan, Ohio, passed away at 9:51 pm on Friday December 11, 2020 at Fairfield Medical Center. She was born November 18, 1959 to Norman and Shirley Beck in Logan, Ohio.
Tammy met Michael “Mike” Poling in 1980. They were married on April 4, 1981 in the City of Logan, Ohio. Together they raised two children, Joseph Poling and Echo Andy; and one grandchild, Samantha Poling.
Tammy graduated from Logan High School in 1978 and studied horticulture while at Tri- County. She worked in Central Supplies for 31 1/2 years at Logan Health Care Center before retiring.
Tammy enjoyed time with her family, flower gardening, sewing, reading, and sipping black coffee on her front porch while watching the hummingbirds. Her greatest joy was spending time playing with her grandchildren.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Michael Poling, children, Joseph Poling (Michelle Pickett), and Echo (Kyle) Andy; grandchildren, Samantha Poling (Austin Nixon), Elijah Page, and Emerson Andy; great-grandchild Lucas Nixon; mother Shirley Beck; siblings, Brandon Beck, Dianne Giel, Bruce Beck, and Todd Beck; and father-in-law, Clarence Poling.
Her father, Norman Beck preceded her in death.
Visitation was 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Saturday December 19, 2020 at Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home located at 204 W. Main St Logan, Ohio.
