Thomas Jay Rosser Jr., age 72, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away February 29, 2024, at his residence.
Tom was born October 24, 1951, in Newark, Ohio to Thomas J. Rosser Sr. and Ruth Theresa Bess Rosser. He graduated from Nelsonville-York High School; served in the US Navy; worked for ERT environmental, GTE, Verizon, and Frontier Communications in Athens, Pomeroy, McArthur, and Logan; retired from Frontier Communications; and loved Dirt Bikes, playing golf, and being out in nature.
Surviving are son, Christopher Rosser of Nelsonville, and sister, Susan Rosser of Nelsonville.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents.
At his request, there were no services.
Arrangements are by the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio.
Donations can be made in Tom’s memory to Boys Town, St Jude Children’s Hospital, or Disabled American Veterans. Tom’s family wishes to thank the staff of Ohio Health Hospice, for their great care.
