Tonya Sue Engle, 52, of Spencerville, Ohio passed away February 19, 2018 at St. Rita Hospital, Lima, Ohio. Tonya was born October 20, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio to Thomas Dean Sr. and Betty Rose Phillips. Surviving are her husband Shawn Engle; children, John Rowe of Columbus, Savannah Williams of Celina, and John Thomas of Columbus; step daughter Marissa Engle of Brook Indiana; mother Betty Phillips; grandchildren, Miranda Williams and Noah Rowe; and siblings, Tom Phillips Jr., David Lee Phillips, and Pauline Phillips. Tonya was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Phillips Sr.. Memorial calling hours were observed Friday, February 23, 2018 from 11 am to 1 pm at Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio.
