William Jeffrey Carsey, 55, of Nelsonville, Ohio passed away April 12, 2016 at Grant Medical Center Columbus, Ohio. William was born April 14, 1960 in Ft. Riley, Kansas. Surviving are his wife of 30 years Delilah Carsey of Nelsonville; daughters, Jennifer (Brad) Reynolds of Chauncey, Lorie (Phillip Traugh) Lafollette of Nelsonville, Cindy (Jerry) Christman of Nelsonville; son James Lafollette Jr. of Nelsonville; special son David Stanley of Nelsonville; mother Mary E. Carsey; numerous grandchildren; half brothers, Leo Carsey of Athens and Michael Lewis of Florida; several aunts and uncles, special friends, Troy Warren of Lancaster and Marilyn and David Stanley of Nelsonville; brother-in-law and sister-in-law ray & Kathy Radcliff; and his special little girl Mayzee. William was preceded in death by his father William R. Carsey; uncles, Bob, Daniel, Chuck Carsey; and in-laws Hester and Pearl Radcliff. Funeral services were held 1:00 pm Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home Nelsonville, Ohio with Rev. Carl Radcliff officiating. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Friday, April 15, 2016 from 4-8 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
