William R. Christian, age 73, of Millfield, Ohio, passed away April 5, 2020 at his residence.
William was born October 7, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio to Alonzo Russell Christian and Evelyn Marie Bowen-Christian. He was a US Air Force Veteran during Vietnam; belonged to the Teamsters West Conference Local #631 of Las Vegas, NV.
Surviving are his sisters, Virginia Newlun of Nelsonville, Vicky (Robert Winchell) Wolf of Nelsonville, and Sandy (Freddie) Loudner of Nelsonville; nephews Brandon Wallace of Millfield, Cody Myers of Millfield; son Danny Christian of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Benjamin and Aurora; several nieces and nephews; and special friend Gary Bowens.
William was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Nola Jean McDaniel and Richard Nolan Christian.
Private graveside services were held at Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio.
There will be a graveside military service at a later date.
