Charles Wayne Wilson, age 81, of Logan, Ohio, passed away May 9, 2024, at his home.
Charlie was born June 14, 1942, in Lancing, Michigan to Myrtle Amos. He was a machinist for Metal Powder. Charlie loved to go fishing and hunting when he could.
Surviving are his loving wife of 43 years, Peggy Wilson; children, April (Eric) Drake and Shawn Beekman; grandchildren, Cherokee (Dillion) Drake, Toni (Michael) Lunsford, and Nicholas Beekman; and great-grandchildren, Kylaa, Lane, Allisyn, Maverick, Owen, and Alexander.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, William and Myrtle Amos, and siblings, Judy Amos, Marie Amos, and Dean Wilson.
Graveside services were held at 1:00 P.M., Monday May 13, 2024, at the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery in Maxville, Ohio, where graveside Military services were conducted by the Hocking County Honor Guard.
Services were arranged by Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
