David Alan Smith, age 65, of Logan, Ohio, passed away February 6, 2022 at Wexner Medical Center OSU, Columbus, Ohio.
David was born April 25, 1956, in Logan, Ohio to Donald W. and Ruth F. Smith. David was a member of the Logan Eagles 2168 and AmVets.
Surviving are his partner of 30 plus years, Linda Ackers; 2 Children, Issac and Nickie; several grandchildren; and brother, Robert Smith.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Ruth Smith, and sister, Donna West.
Calling hours were observed between the hours of 3:00 – 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at the Heinlein-brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
A private burial followed the next day by the funeral home at Knollwood Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.
