Ernest Richard Michel, age 85, of Logan, Ohio, passed away November 16, 2023, at the VA Hospital, Chillicothe, Ohio.
Ernest was born January 10, 1938, in Logan, Ohio to Elmer Michel and Hazel Michel.
Surviving are his brother, Ralph Michel; and many nieces and nephews.
Ernest was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Kenny, Don, Phil, Bob and Charles Michel; and sister, Edith Mount.
Visitation and memorial services were held from 1:00 to 1:45 pm, Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
A Military graveside service was held, after the services, by the Hocking County Honor Guard at Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.
