Iva Louise Wetzel “Wezzy,” age 74, spent her last day on earth with us on March 30, 2024, surrounded by the people who loved her, at the Laurels of Athens, Athens, Ohio.
She was born on June 28, 1949, the first daughter of William “Bill” Campbell and Lula Mae Campbel.
Iva was preceded in death by her loving parents; husband, William “Bill” Wetzel; son, Randy Campbell of Glouster; brother, Ronald Lee Campbell; and sister, Loretta Sue Short (Jim).
Surviving her are daughter, Mary Ann Wetzel; grandson, Cody Allen Campbell; her beautiful granddaughters, Autumn “Tayto” Burleigh, Allison “Gator” Burleigh, and with special preference for Jasmine Sierra Burleigh; two brothers, Paul (Linda) Campbell and Billy Joe (Maxine) Campbell; sister, Carrie Mae Byers; nieces, Crystal Campbell, Kayla Campbell, and Nikki Searles; and nephews, Steven (Christina) Stem, William Bookman, and Rodney Bookman.
Calling hours were held 6-8 pm, Saturday April 6, 2024, at the Brown Funeral Home in Murray City, Ohio.
