Joyce Ann Hampton Boyer was called home on April 2, 2024, after an extended illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby and Noah Hampton; brothers, Allean Ray, Randall Hampton, and Arnold (Bud) Hayes; sisters, Rose Mary, as well as Sandy Jett and Betty Donahue; and beloved nephew, John Jett.
She is survived by her three children, Valorie (Roger) Brown, Patrick (Charity Adkins) Neville, and Zoe Neville; grandchildren, Britney (Ciara) Davis, Damon (Emily) Brown, James Neville, Anna-Jean (Tristan Mansberger) Bailey, Alleana Brown, Austin Barcus, Destiny Henry, Sandy Stevens, Jesi Mason, Heather Adkins, Johnathon Adkins, and Gloria Adkins; and six great-grandchildren.
Joyce was a member of Post 1776 Ladies Auxiliary where she served as Sgt. of Arms. She was very involved in her church, St. Matthew Lutheran. As a profession she was a home health aide for years.
Arrangements for a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Funeral arrangements were completed by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
