James Thomas Yates Sr., age 64, of Logan, Ohio, passed away January 24, 2021 at home with his beloved family.
James was born June 21, 1956 in Columbus Ohio to Billy Harold and Venus Lane Yates. James was a lifetime member of the Amvets and the NRA. He was also a member of Biker’s Ministry in Circleville and HOGS Harley Davison Association. He loved riding his Harley and the Lord.
Surviving are his children, Carl M. (Tonia) Yates, Shawn (Jana) Yates, Chris (Lisa) Yates, and Mandy (Alysha) Yates; brothers, Larry (Barb) Yates and Bob (Shirley) Yates; 22 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
James was preceded in death by his parents.
A private celebration of life will be held in June, 2021 with the family.
Arrangements were made by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio.
