Eric W. Collinsworth Sr., age 56, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away at Obleness Hospital, Athens, Ohio.
Eric was born August 29, 1964 in Obetz, Ohio.
Surviving are son Eric W. Collinsworth Jr.; daughter Kimberly Collinsworth; grandchildren, Delanah Lee Collinsworth and Adrian Collinsworth; his mother Bessie Showalter; and siblings, Pam Nelson, Mark Collinsworth, and Leroy Collinsworth.
Eric was preceded in death by his father; brother John Collinsworth; and sister Wanda Collinsworth.
Arrangements were by Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home Logan, Ohio.
