Kenneth F. Mount, age 82, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away October 15, 2022.
Kenneth was born September 27, 1940, in Greendale, Ohio to Frederick Harry and Daisy Belle Mount. He was a US Army Veteran; worked at Superior Fibers, Bremen; a member of the Moose Lodge of Logan; and loved the outdoors and going mushroom hunting
Surviving are his son, Scott (Lisa) Mount; grandchildren, Derek (Carrie) Mount, Ashley Vermillion and Alex Mount; great-grandsons, Maverick Vermillion and Ivan Mount; brothers, Roy, Bob and Jerry Mount; sister, Donna Morrison; and special friend, Jimmy Johnson.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sharon Mount; son, Tommy Mount, who passed in 1984; nephew, Timmy Cozad, who passed in 1988; and brother, Paul Mount.
Graveside services were held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, October 24, 2022, at Carbon Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial will be in Carbon Hill Cemetery, where Military Graveside services will be conducted by the Athens Color Guard.
Arrangements are by the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio.
