Kort Cooper Campbell, age 30, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on February 3, 2024, at his residence.
Kort was born August 7, 1993, in Lancaster, Ohio to Brian K. and Bonnie J. Campbell. Kort enjoyed going fishing, hunting, hiking, mushroom hunting, cooking, and swimming. He loved the outdoors and spending his time hanging out with his friends.
Surviving are his parents, Brian and Bonnie Campbell; great-grandmother, Pearl Campbell; brother, Kane Campbell; sisters, Karizma Lutz and Kristina Hahn; many nieces and nephews; and friends, Tyler and Myra Massie, as well as many others.
Kort was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Bonnie Spencer and paternal grandfather, Dale Campbell.
There was a private family gathering held in memory of Kort prior to cremation. Burial will follow at a future date at Ewing Cemetery in Ewing, Ohio.
Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home of Logan, Ohio.
