Rita Spring, age 75, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away December 6, 2022, at Embassy of Logan, Logan, Ohio.
Rita was born May 1, 1947, in Nelsonville, Ohio to Troy and Theresa Fields. Rita was a lifetime member of the VFW and loved playing slot machine games. She also liked the new Lincoln cars and loved reading in her free time.
Surviving are nieces, Sandy, Cherie, Cathy, Lisa, and Vicki; nephews, David, Bob, and Steve; cat, Boy Spring and several others.
Rita was preceded in death by parents; husband of 30 years, Bill Spring; siblings, Rex Fields, Irene Hoy, Ruth Higgins, Ann Arment, Paul Fields, and Mona Wolfe.
Funeral services were held at 12:00 Noon. Friday December 9, 2022, at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio with Pastor Rusty Sharp officiating. Cremation followed the services with burial at a future date at Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed Friday, December 9, 2022, from 11:00am – 12:00 noon at the Warren-Brown Funeral home in Nelsonville, Ohio.
