Robert Jeffrey Horton, age 59, of Woodbine, Iowa, passed away February 22, 2023, at Azria Health Rose Vista, Woodbine, Iowa.
Jeff was born December 27, 1963, in Logan, Ohio to Robert Frank and Shirley Esther Horton.
Jeff enjoyed watching TV, especially wrestling, eating, going for rides, and talking to his mom on the phone.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley E. Horton; brothers, Shane Horton, Matthew (Tammy) Horton and Caleb (Kory) Horton; sisters, Holly Horton (Rick) and Lori (Todd) Cottrill; and many nieces and nephews.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father, Robert Horton and brother, William David Horton.
Funeral services were held at 4:00 P.M., Sunday, March 5, 2023, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Steve Hubbard and Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating.
Calling hours were observed Saturday from 4 to 8 pm and Sunday from 3 pm till time of service.
