Larry T Nihiser, 80, of Logan, Ohio passed away February 1, 2018 at his residence. Larry was born April 15, 1937 in Sugar Grove, Ohio to Thomas L and Marian Nihiser. He retired from Anchor-Hocking in Lancaster. Surviving are his wife of 59 1/2 years Carolyne Nihiser of Logan; sons, Timothy W. Nihiser of Logan, Larry J. (Susan) Nihiser of Logan, Danny (Tonya) Nihiser of Somerset, and Duane (Lindsey) Strosnider of Amanda; daughters Sharma (Rob) Tomak of Laurelville, Dina (Kent) Sparks of Logan, Kelly (Mike) Newton of Laurelville, and Tina (Randy) Skinner of Logan; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister Judith (Mike) North of Lancaster; and aunt Nancy Roop. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas L. and Marian C. Nihiser; brother James O. Nihiser; daughter Crystal l. Poling; and grandson Ryan A. Nihiser. Calling hours were observed Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 6 to 8 pm at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Rockbridge, Ohio. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Funeral Home.
