Terry
Lee McKnight, 70, of Nelsonville, Ohio passed away at 12:31 pm on
September 15, 2017 at Grant Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
Terry was born August 21, 1947 in Zanesville, Ohio to Lemont Elsworth
and Donna Jean McKnight. He was a graduate of Nelsonville High School;
worked as a truck driver for Cornbread X-Press in Columbus; and was an
avid musician.
Surviving are his wife, Melissa McKnight of Nelsonville; children, Terry
McKnight Jr., Katrina McKnight, Jason (Kelly) McKnight, Tiffany (Mike)
Walser, Felecia (Dylan) Myers, Sarah Hall, and Donald (Lynn) Hall;
several grandchildren, including Gabriel Bryan, Zachary Eden, Ezra J.
and Isiah; sisters, Sheryl (Edmond) Budd and Marlecia (Jack) Sutton;
special cousin, Dale D. Young; and special friends, Ralph & Sue
Colburn.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents;
paternal grandparents; daughter, Donna Jean McKnight; and several aunts
and uncles.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at
the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio with Rev. Mike Thomas
officiating. Burial was in Connett Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8
pm at the funeral home.
