Carla
Kaye Decker 50, of Nelsonville, Ohio passed away on August 28, 2017 at
her residence.
Carla was born February 17, 1967 in Athens, Ohio to Sharon K. Roller and
Buddy R. Allen. Carla enjoyed shopping, camping, and having cookouts
and most of all Carla loved spending time with her family and friends.
She was always the life of the party no matter where she was.
Carla is survived by her mother Sharon; sisters, Cheri Waln and Charity
Allen; brother Buddy Allen; daughters, Karla Martin Eddie Anderson of
Nelsonville, and Meliessa & Travis Scherer of Nelsonville; and two
step-sons, Alex Williams and Clifford Decker; and then her five
beautiful grandchildren, Isaiah, Lawrence, and Sharon Anderson and Irene
& Leland Scherer. Carla also has had two long time family friends,
David Messerley and Ann & Joe Shoemaker.
Carla was preceded in death with her father, Buddy R. Allen.
Carla’s calling hours were held on Saturday September 2, 2017 from 2pm
to 5pm.
All the arrangements were made at Warren-Brown Funeral Home.
