Charles Brian Hart, 50, of Athens, Ohio passed away October 11, 2015 at The Pickering House, Lancaster, Ohio. Charles was born January 21, 1965 in Athens Co, Ohio to Ray E. and JoAnn Hart. He was an Ohio State Buckeye fan; and enjoyed NASCAR Racing. Surviving are his son, Blake Seeling of Athens; mother, JoAnn Hart of Athens; brothers, Ray S. Hart (Shellie Van Dyke) of Athens, and Micky Allan (Christy) Hart of Athens; and sisters, Cheryl Kay (Glenn) Rutter of Millfield, and Brenda Jean (Bill) Rutter of Athens. Charles was preceded in death by his father, Ray E. Hart, who passed away in October of 1993; sister, Connie Louise Hart, who passed away in 1963; and a niece, Jo Anna Hart, who passed away in 1988. Funeral services were held 1:00 pm Wednesday October 14, 2015 at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio with Glenn Rutter officiating. Burial was in Hilltop Cemetery, Millfield, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Wednesday 11 am – 1 pm at the funeral home. The family suggests donations may be made to Warren-Brown Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
