Garland Eugene Consoliver, 69, of Lancaster, Ohio passed away September 4, 2016 at his residence in Lancaster, Ohio. Garland was born July 6, 1947 in Lancaster, Ohio to Noah and Willie Consoliver. Surviving are his wife of 15 years, Elizabeth Ann Consoliver; and man’s best friend Rusty. Garland was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services were held 8:00 pm Friday, September 9, 2016 at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home Nelsonville, Ohio with Rev. James Dexter officiating. Calling hours were observed 11 am-4 pm and 5-8 pm Friday at the funeral home. Family and friends gathered at his residence, Saturday, September 10, 2016, at 12:00 noon. The family suggests donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
