Harold B. Whitmore, 73, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away on November 16, 2018, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Harold was born on October 2, 1945, in Nelsonville, Ohio, to Lewis and Maggie Whitmore. He was a 1965 graduate of Nelsonville High School; retired from Goodyear of Logan; and was a member of the Moose in Logan.
Surviving are his son, Robert Whitmore; daughter, Kelly Sue Smith; daughter, Cindy Russell; son, James Cullison; brother, John Whitmore; sisters, Margaret Segraves, Phyllis Floyd, Joan Black and Brenda Nye; several grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents; wife Darlene Whitmore; step-mother, Virgine; twin brother, Howard; brothers, Terry, Porter and Denver; and step-sister, Beverly.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio with Rev. Mike Thomas officiating. Burial was in Connett Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed Monday from 6 to 8 PM and Tuesday from 11 AM till time of service at the funeral home. Moose services were held Monday at 7 pm at the funeral home.
