Patricia A. McCollum passed away on September 7, 2018 at the Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio.
Pat was born on August 14, 1930 in Murray City, Ohio. The daughter of the late Clifford and Magdalene Byron Donson. She was a 1948 graduate of Murray City High School.
Surviving are her sons, Richard (Rosie) McCollum of Beeville, Texas, Joseph McCollum of Nelsonville, and Michael (Serena) McCollum of Nelsonville; daughters, Jane Myers of Logan and Suzanne McCollum of Lancaster; grandchildren, Michael (Brittany) McCollum, Levi Myers, Mallory Myers, and Danny Garcia; and great-grandchildren, Ansley and Byron McCollum, Gabriel Mooney, and Owen and Olivia Myers.
Pat is preceded in death besides her parents; husband Bill McCollum; infant son John David McCollum; and sister and brother-in-law Nancy and Jim Dearth.
At Pat’s request, she was cremated. There were no calling hours or funeral. There will be a private graveside service at a later date.
