Roberta Sue Loudner, 71, of Nelsonville, Ohio passed away February 1, 2015 at Homestead Center in Lancaster, Ohio. Roberta was born March 21, 1943 in Dayton, Ohio. She is a 1961 graduate of Buchtel-York High School; member of the Nelsonville Wesleyan Church; and formerly worked at Pre-Mix, K-Mart, and Ames Department Store. Surviving are her son, Timothy (Melissa) Loudner of Nelsonville; grandchildren, Mason W. Loudner, Jimie A Breeze, and Nicholas C. Dorr, all of Nelsonville; brothers, Terry (Jane) Taggart of Nelsonville, and Tom (Sandy) Taggart of Buchtel; sister, Tina Hawley of Portland, Ohio; and brother, Robert (Debbie) Sheley of Huntington, WV. Roberta was preceded in death by her father, Elmo Seniors Taggart; mother, Ada Ruth Sheley; husband of 41 years, Leroy Loudner, who passed away June 16, 2010; and step-father, Robert M. Sheley. Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm Thursday February 5, 2015 at the Nelsonville Wesleyan Church, Nelsonville, Ohio with Rev Mike Thomas officiating. Burial was in Connett Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio.
