Weldon D. Ice, 70, of Nelsonville, Ohio passed away May 1, 2018 at his residence, Nelsonville, Ohio. Weldon was born September 10, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio to Paul D. and Betty J. Ice. Surviving are his wife, Alvena Ice; daughters, Nancy (Manley) Davisson and Anita Ice; step-daughter, Shalenia Hogle; grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, Clinton, Cole, Cayden, and Carter; step-grandchilren, Randy “R.J.” and Laura; great-granddaughter, Lacey; great-grandson, Karson; sister, Wendy (Dan) Cook of New Plymouth; sister-in-law, Tina Harring; and special friends, Chuck (brother in life) and Mona Petterson. Weldon was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Harry Ice. Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial was in Carbon Hill Cemetery, Carbon Hill, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 11:00 am to time of service at the funeral home.
