Jerry Ward Snider, 75, of Logan, Ohio passed away October 1, 2015 at The Pickering House, Lancaster, Ohio. Jerry was born May 21, 1940 in Logan, Ohio. He loved hunting and fishing. Surviving are his son, Kevin Dickerson; daughter, Carrie (Dave) Blosser; brother, Hershel (Shirley) Snider; 6 grandchildren, including Zachary Blosser, Korey Blosser, Christina Blosser, and Hannah Blosser; ex-wife, Jean Snider; and many nieces and nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Charles Kenneth Snider; mother, Opal Irene Hoppsetter Hemrick; brother, Lee Snider; twin sons, Jerry & Terry Snider; and nephew, Jerry Snider. Funeral services were held 1:00 pm Monday October 5, 2015 at the Brown Funeral Home, Murray City, Ohio with Rev. Dean Snider officiating. Burial was in Carbon Hill Cemetery, Carbon Hill, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
