Robert E. “Bob” Seel, 61, of New Marshfield, Ohio passed away September 13, 2016 at Hickory Creek of Athens, The Plains, Ohio. Robert was born March 15, 1955 in Nelsonville, Ohio to William E. and Lorena Seel. He was a member, and cook for fundraisers, for the Sons of America Legion #21 and the Men’s Auxiliary of the VFW #3477; was an avid hunter and fisherman; and enjoyed his family and friends. Surviving are his son, Darl (Shannon) Seel of Buchtel; daughter, Bobbie Loudner of Nelsonville; grandchildren, Josie Seel of Buchtel, Billy Seel of Buchtel, Michael Seel of Buchtel, Hunter Berry of Nelsonville, and Christian Berry of Nelsonville; and siblings, Bill (Christine) Seel of Trinidad, TX and Nancy Graves of Athens. Robert was preceded in death by his parents. Calling hours were observed Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio.
