Robert Riffle, 47, of the Plains, Ohio, died Monday May 28, 2018 at O’Bleness Hospital, Athens, Ohio. Robert was born October 29, 1970 in Athens County. He was the son of Patricia Bolin, of Shade and Floyd and Barbara Riffle, of New Marshfield. Robert is survived by his partner of 21 years, Chris Delacruz; sister, Anna Starling; brother, Frederick Riffle; two fur babies, Jack and Bella; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret Perry Bolin. Robert was cremated. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday June 17, 2018 from 1 to 3 pm at Warren-Brown Funeral Home in Nelsonville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Warren-Brown Funeral Home.
