Betty R. (Bryan) Phillips, 70, of Celina, Ohio passed away April 25, 2018 at St. Rita Medical Center, Lima, Ohio. Betty was born February 25, 1948 in Doanville, Ohio to Clifford L. and Vivian F. Bryan. Surviving are her daughter, Pauline Phillips of Columbus; sons, Thomas (Jennifer) Phillips Jr. of Columbus, and David Phillips of Columbus;13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Clifford Lee (Del) Bryan of Steele Missouri; son-in-law, Shawn Engle of Spencerville, Ohio; and sister-in-law, Rose Bryan of Waverly. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas D. Phillips Sr.; daughter, Tonya Engle; brothers, Ross Bryan, and Robert Bryan; and sister, Helen Morgret. Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Saturday from 11 am until time of service at the funeral home.
